Our latest mission: #Food4Vets
Massachusetts Military Support Foundation has partnered with USA Veterans & Military Support Foundation, as well as Cape Cod Military Support Foundation, to box and deliver non-perishable goods to veterans throughout the New England, who have limited access to food due to the coronavirus.
Each “Vital Food Package” will contain foods and nutritionist-developed recipes to sustain a 14-day period for two people. We are preparing 50,000 Vital Food Kits, which will provide a total of 1.4 million meals for veterans throughout New England.
20,000 Vital Food Kits, with a total of 560,000 meals will be distributed to Massachusetts veterans.
One of the most costly parts of Food4Vets is the fuel required for transportation across Massachusetts to various packaging and distribution centers. If you would like to donate to help fuel our mission, click here.

Empowerment Center –
Temporary Closure During COVID-19
It is with deep regret that the Empowerment Center, located at 1015 S. Inner Rd. on Joint Base Cape Cod,has closed as of April 1, 2020, until further notice. We made this decision based on the decrease in numbers of volunteers needed to keep our busy center open and with the CDC’s recommendations for social distancing.
With an abundance of caution for the well being of our employees, volunteers and clients, the Empowerment Center will temporarily suspend operations until further notice. We are evaluating our reopening timeline daily and will work to provide periodic updates.
Cape Cod Military Support Foundation remains committed to assisting military personnel, Coast Guard, Veterans and their families with food, clothing and emergency aid in times of crisis. During this time other food pantries located on Cape Cod will make themselves available to assist in meeting the needs of our military and veteran population.
This pandemic is so much more than we all anticipated. Priority is enforcing the Governors and CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe. I know for all of us, it saddens us not to be there for our Military, their families and Veterans in this crucial time of need. The Board of Directors want to extend our heartfelt thank you to each and everyone of you that have been there to help out at the Empowerment Center thru all of this and also from the beginning when we opened . We absolutely could not do it without your continuous help and support. Be safe, stay well and see you all soon when we reopen.
To provide programs, services and goods that help satisfy critical needs and enhance the well-being and quality of life for Massachusetts Active Duty Military, National Guard, Coast Guard, Veterans and their families.
